Joanne Vaughn is the Director of the St. Michael and All Angels’ Early Learning Center. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ashford University in Early Childhood Education Administration. She and her husband, Robert, married in 2008 and together raise his son and a house full of animals. She has been working in early childhood education for nearly 20 years. She believes that working with children is her calling from God. As Maria Montessori said, “The goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn.”
